These Terms govern your use of troisa.tn and any rental, transfer or tour booked through Troisa Car Rental Tunisia ("Troisa", "we", "us"). By making a booking or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Driver requirements

Minimum age: 21 years (25 for luxury vehicles and large SUVs).
Driving licence held for at least 1 year, valid for the rental period.
Valid passport or national ID at pickup.
International Driving Permit recommended for non-EU/UK/Swiss licences.

2. Reservation, payment & deposit

Quoted prices are per group in TND, EUR or USD depending on the currency selected. Conversion rates are indicative.
No prepayment required for standard rentals; payment is due at vehicle pickup.
A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup (500-3 500 TND depending on vehicle class), refunded 7-14 business days after return.
Cash, credit and debit cards accepted (TND, EUR, USD).

3. Insurance & liability

All rentals include third-party insurance, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and theft protection. CDW carries an excess (500-1 500 TND depending on class) which the renter is liable for in case of damage. The optional zero-excess upgrade reduces this excess to 0; details on the sans-franchise page.

Damage caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, off marked tracks, or to vehicles driven by undeclared drivers is not covered. Speeding fines and tolls are the renter's responsibility.

4. Fuel policy

Troisa uses a full-to-full fuel policy. The car is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. Missing fuel is charged at the station price plus a 15 TND service fee.

5. Modifications & cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.
Cancellation within 48 hours: 1-day rental fee charged.
No-show: full booking charged.
Modifications subject to availability; price differences may apply.

6. One-way rentals

Available between Tunis, Hammamet, Sousse, Monastir, Sfax, Tozeur, Djerba and the corresponding airports. Relocation fee 50-150 TND depending on distance. Free between Tunis-Carthage and Enfidha airports for rentals of 5+ days.

7. Tours, transfers & add-ons

Private tour bookings follow the per-tour pricing displayed on each tour page. Optional add-ons (4×4 day, Sahara camp, English-speaking guide, lunch, photographer) are confirmed at booking time and paid on arrival.

8. Accidents & roadside assistance

In case of accident, call the police (197) immediately, then Troisa 24/7 at +216 22 205 450. A police report is required for any insurance claim. Roadside assistance is included and dispatched within 30-60 minutes anywhere in Tunisia.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis.

These Terms are a baseline. Specific clauses in your individual rental agreement signed at pickup prevail in case of conflict. Troisa reserves the right to update these Terms; current visitors are bound by the version in force at booking time.
